Maria Alexander

I completed treatment under Prop.36 in 2002 after over 15 years of heroin and cocaine addiction and prostitution on the streets of downtown LA. I now have over 5 years clean and sober and currently am the Exec. Dir. of a non-profit that provides job and computer training to addicts finishing residential drug treatment. I have also gotten both of my children back and am a single mother who provides the sole support of my children.
